Simple instructions for workers and employers.

How Workers Register

  1. Click Worker Login, then Create your free profile.
  2. Enter your contact information, job type, parish, experience, availability and photo.
  3. Log in and complete any missing profile information.
  4. To upgrade, choose a plan, submit the verification form, then make payment.
  5. Watch the subscription timer in your dashboard and renew before it expires.

How It Works for Employers

  1. Create one employer account and choose a business plan.
  2. Browse the marketplace and use the verified-worker filter.
  3. Premium and Concierge employers can save profiles to a shortlist.
  4. Request a Worker sends your needs directly to IAM Connect for personal follow-up.
  5. Assisted Matching recommends profiles through the matching system.
  6. Reveal contacts, create a genuine-job contract, and send it to the worker for acceptance.
  7. Use Upgrade inside your dashboard to change plans without registering again.
